Refund policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (Mostly) Because our products are made on-demand specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size or simply change your mind. Check the size guides carefully before placing an order.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your gear arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement at no cost.

  • How to claim: Email gpsr@sindenventures.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. LOST PACKAGES If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

4. WRONG ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES If you provide an incorrect shipping address or fail to claim your shipment, the package will be returned to the facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
