Shipping policy

1. ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT We don't keep warehouses full of unsold stock. Every item is printed specifically for you after you place your order.

  • Fulfillment Time: It takes 2–5 business days to print, pack, and prepare your gear for shipping.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES Once your order is fulfilled, it gets handed to the carriers. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • USA & EU: 3–7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days. (Note: These are estimates. Once it leaves our hands, we do not control the postal service.)

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES Orders shipped internationally may incur customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes depending on your country's laws.

  • You are 100% responsible for paying any additional customs fees. We do not cover these charges, and we will not fake customs documents to help you dodge them.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER When your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Keep an eye on it so you know exactly when your gear is arriving.

5. WRONG ADDRESSES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES If you provide an incorrect shipping address or ignore the delivery notices, the package will be returned to our fulfillment facility.

  • You will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Double-check your shipping details before checking out.
